Freedom for Mums 8-week program
Suitable from 6 weeks postpartum and perfect for any mum wishing to resume, restart or start their fitness journey whether your child is 6 weeks, 6 months or 6 years old. Individualised exercise prescription enables everyone to work together at their own level whilst still enjoying the social benefits of a small group environment.
The Freedom for Mums program is about setting good foundations to build upon. It’s not fancy but it is effective and it gives every mum the tools and awareness to continue to exercise and move safely outside of this program.
A woman’s body experiences lots of change over the course of pregnancy and deserves the same amount of time and correct rehabilitation, just as you would give any other sporting injury or persistent niggle.
