STRONG WOMEN is the place for you!
Programmed and delivered by a qualified Female Health + Performance Coach and MumSafe™ Trainer. These classes will have you moving safely, effectively and successfully, so you feel strong, confident and are moving pain and symptom free!
You will be guided through a 40-minute circuit style, strength & conditioning class, with a focus on functional movement. Classes are capped at 12 participants. You work at your own pace, capacity and ability. Our programming is scalable for all fitness levels and with the support of our knowledgeable coaches and friendly community you will never want to leave!
